Filing of Applications for Civil Registry Documents and Authentication of LCR-issued documents
The application for:
- Copies of birth, death and marriage certificates local purposes or travel abroad (SECPA)
- Proofs of Civil Status
- Court Decrees/Legal Instruments, and
- Certificate of Authority to Solemnize Marriage
and the authentication of civil
registry documents recently issued by local civil registrars are at the NSO Lot in East Ave., Quezon City, near the Land Registration Authority
(LRA) and facing the Social Security System (SSS).
Documents applied at East Avenue Outlet will be released in the same outlet on the date specified in the receipt.
